8GCP participated in acomprehensive closed roundtable discussion focused on Real estate developments in Greece and the opportunities & challenges in the sector based on the market outlook, took place on Tuesday, 4 April 2023 at the BHCC offices.
High-ranking executives from the Real Estate ecosystem being also esteemed members of the Chamber were engaged in an in-depth discussion with the BHCC Presidents and Members of the Board, in an attempt to highlight the prospects of the industry, possible synergies and UK best practices and innovation that could be adopted. The dialogue also referred to recent developments of luxury home market/branded residences in Greece stressing the importance of UK buyers.
Furthermore, green buildings in Greece/penetration of BREEAM certification, possible ways to attract more investors from the UK and relative suggested interventions of the BHCC were also discussed.
